The price includes the attendance fee, the Colloquium and Forum handbook, all lunches and coffee breaks, visits, trips, receptions, and meals in the programme (except the conference dinner):

Speakers will be notified separately and at a later date about how much of their travel expenses they may be reimbursed for if they hand in their travel receipts.

You may register for Colloquium and Forum for 460, 360, or 235 euros until 29/2/2024 (CEST). Registrations from 1/3/2024 pay a surcharge of 50 euros. Registration closes on 15/4/2024 (CEST).

Cancellations are being processed via the link you receive upon registration. When received by 15/5/2024, cancellations will be refunded minus 10 % administrative costs. Cancellations received between 16/5 and 15/6/2024 receive a refund of 50 % of the price. The 50 % refund cannot be guaranteed in case you cancel your attendance after 15/6/2024.
